Signal not being copied correctly

I am copying a signal and realized that the trades are not being copied correctly. It sold one trade when it is open with the signal provider. See attached the log and the screen shots. Can anyone help?

You are copying TP and SL level and you are closing your positions before the signal does, so they re-open upon synchronization.

This is a common problem with scalping signals.

Thanks for your prompt response. Could you let me know exactly what I should do to fix the issue? Is it to remove Sl & TP sync from the settings?

Yes, you could do that.

In any case you should ask the signal provider for help.
