Slippage management and control by EA
Doe anyone have any experience or ea/script to manage and reduce slippage such as during news release

You can place pending orders (buy stop and sell stop) several minutes before news events (some NewsTrader EAs are working on this way).

Place a pending order. Then you sit in the server queue, while it processes all older requests. Then it must check your account and free margin and if that passes, the current market value is the price you get. Normally only a fraction of a second, during news releases, this can take minutes and the market can move continuously.
Don't trade during news on charts below H4. You can not reduce slippage, you can not manage slippage.
