Cannot see the purchased indicator in terminal

I cannot see the purchased indicator in Market/Purchased tab of Terminal
Login into MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, with your MQL5 community credentials and then click the Market tab, down in the Terminal window.
Then click on the purchased option on the left and the install option on the right for the product you want to install.
