What is the best trailing stop points do you use to maximize profits?

 
I find that trailing stop is great when keeping your profits. May I ask what is your best points you use to get the most out of your profits?

Mt4 has a buildtin feature when you right click on the order. It goes by points. Is it best to set it before you profit? If so, what would you recommend?

 

That build in one has your stops on the broker server.

You can also use one locally so that they can not see your stops.

And if you turn that into a dynamic stop then it moves both ways not only up but also down when spread widens, for example.

That way you will be protected against undesirable spikes in spread...
