Signal problems with MQL5 and MT4

HI
When i want to subscribe to a signal with MQL4 then my MT4 asks for MQL5 community password?
Then when I put in MQL5's password I cannot subscribe to the signal. (in the tools menu for MT4)
Any help would be nice??
