Trouble registering as a seller. No help at all from "support"
I have been having trouble registering as a seller. However, the support here seems to be non-existent. It's been close to a year now and still no help!
- Can't register as a seller
- No response from "support"
- Withdrawing money from your MQL5 account
You have to read the rules carefully and follow all of them.
If you are waiting a year your support request has been answered as far as MQL5 is concerned and you won't get repeat answers. My experience is if they want to say something they will do so promptly. If they have already responded your repeat asks of the same issue just doesn't get looked at.
If you annoy them, your support requests probably get filtered out.
You should try to understand what they originally said and address that in your seller application.
