My Strategy Tester Is Stuck In An Endless Loop On Every Tick Mode

I can not get my strategy tester terminal to test a new EA strategy ever since the previous one went to zero dollars but somehow it got stuck and now all the Journal says is ( The robot is still working, waiting for some funds to appear...)

Does anybody have any suggestions one what I should do. I tried downloading another terminal from my broker but that one is doing the same thing. It does it no matter what EA I load. The only thing that works is Control Point mode and Visual.

 

You can try to delete the profils

go to open data > profils

Delete everything in profils and restart the platform

this is harmless

 
Also, you dont have to use the same broker to test as you use for backtesting. Unless your scaling, it wont make that much a difference.  I only use Alpari for backtesting because its easiest to get testing accounts set up.
