Invalid photo samsung s9 for seller registration

When I try to upload an oroginal photography made with samsung s9 for the identity card, when submiting the files, it says that these are invalid files. Any idea? Im sure that the file accomplish all the requirements in the form for seller registration

That is not same case. I cannot even submit the form because it says that files are invalid in the momento of submiting the form

Yes, it is the fully automated process (means: no where to complain).
