I don't think so.

The problem is that often, when people state that an EA works well, they have an agenda. ie they may be getting commissions on sales of an EA.

Note that recommendations of any indicator or EA is not allowed in the forum unless the source codes are freely available.

Anyone recommending a commercial product may be banned.

Oh.perhaps one vote per member can't be commercial? obviously we cant personally try them all.
