Depositing funds via SafeCharge using bank cards option disappeared ?

I had an option of safecharge to deposit money directly through master or visa card. Now this option is not available...

Not. It is 2019.
It is the bug during the machine translation from Russian to the English.

And when I press "Translate into EN" so the post was translated ... but - you can see the date:

So, it is bug for the in-built translation feature.

So, the issue with this mql5 portal was fixed, but SafeCharge is still unavailable because MQ want to check everything with this SafeCharge (the issue was on their side).
