How to Adjust Balances Without Sudden Sell-off?

Hi All,

I'm new to this so still figuring a lot of things out.

Is there a way to reallocate funds without the signal immediately selling off positions to meet it's ratio? For example, if say I have $5K in an account where a number of positions are being held by a signal and i decide that I want to reallocate $2,500 of those funds to another account, the second I move those funds the signal will recalculate the balance/margin ratio and sell-off the positions (often at a loss) until the ratio of those positions being held matches the percentage in the provider's account. I rebalance my accounts at the end of each week though and want to know if there is a way to pull money out of an account and not have it immediately sell-off my positions in this way. Instead I want the signal/platform to close out the pre-existing positions when the provider does and  then when the provider enters new positions to enter the new positions with the new ratio.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
