MT4 Platform New Order window will not open

The MT4 platform is logged into and everything is working BUT not the New Order window. The account is funded. The broker is not able to solve the problem and sent me here.

I have deleted MT4 from program files, rebooted the computer and downloaded MT4 once again. I logged into the account and it did not help the problem. The New Order Window is a dead link

I think, you have logged in with investor password.
