Long time ago find the solution but now I forget it.
In a lot of indicators/EAs posted by russian people the comments are like: Ìèíèìàëüíàÿ ïðèáûëü äëÿ ñòàðòà
I know that this is not a language, it is about character set conversion but don't know how to fix this.
