VPS Poor Ping
2ms or 35ms or 135 ms - it is very good ping.
It is very very good ping (believe me - it is very good, even if you are having 135 or 435ms - it is very good for Metatrader and for the signals).

As to transfer -- yes you can move your VPS to the other server (you can do it once per a week) - I can not "help you" with the image/picture because I do not have VPS sorry ... but the people say that it is easy to do (to transfer VPS from one server wih big ping to an other server with low ping) -

The change of the VPS server takes some time to appear on the Navigator window of your MT platform and its only available once a week.

Hi,
I am using MQL5 VPS for ICMarkets and am usually connected to NY.01 witha ping of around 2ms. This has now changed to NY.02 with a ping of around 35ms. Is therer anything you can to to migrate me back to a service with a lower ping? I have looked under the VPS settings on MQL5 and it suggests I am on the most apporpriate server. Surely I can migrate back to NY.01 and receive the service i was previously!
