All financial transactions at mql5.com are locked for 7 days due to the Metaquotes money laundering policy.
You can use the paid product immediately but the seller can withdraw your money only after these 7 days.
So there is absolutely no disadvantage for you.

You are mixing two completely different things.
One thing is your mql5 user wallet which shows 0.00 USD and can only be used for payments at mql5.com
The other thing is your MT4 trading account which is hosted at your broker and is only for trading purposes.
