SOLVED! Warning! My entire MQL5 storage has been erased.

Just noticed that all repositories and code on my storage are gone for some reason. MQL4 code completely wiped down, MQL5 code unaffected. A revision number was reverted to zero. I have activated storage at 2012 and now years of code gone. Thankfully have all code stored offline, but version history is wiped. I had contact Support to have a look on server logs what was actually happened and restore a backup.

GitHub is offering private repositories for free now, so make sure that you have a backup.

Fingers crossed that MQL will investigate and I will keep you updated.

As I remember the storage link/url was changed some time ago, so the users had to manually transfer their files from old to new ones.
I did not transfer because I am keeping everything offline as well.
I just moved same files to new storage.

I think - you are using old link.

The contents of the repository can be viewed in the browser using the following link: https://storage.mql5.io. The browser will require from you to enter your MQL5.community account login and password.

And the storage works - I just sent to the storage almost everything from my MT5 (just in case I will change computer for example):

Same for MT4: 

• open Metatrader 4;
• open MetaEditor;
• right mouse click on the folder or file (left side of MetaEditor), press "Add File or Folder";
• right mouse click on that once again, and select "Commit to Storage".

Thanks for the help! The big disadvantage is that projects history is lost as well as the storage log.

I bought the <product name removed> and I cannot install it..it has been a week now ..and there is no instructions on how to install it..

Contact the author/seller.

If you've completed your payments, you should be able to locate it in your MT4/5 terminal's Market tab, under Purchased option on the upper left side.

Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab.
