Hello all,

I dont receive any messages on my mt5 mobile app when one of my accounts make a trade. Also the test message i dont see.

ID metaquotes is correct.

Does somebody know what the problem can be?

Check phone app settings if notifications are not blocked.

Notifications are not blocked in my iphone settings. Could it be something else? 

Are the notifications connected via your telephone number ore metaquotes ID?

Id.
On app check the ID. Confirm in mt4 or mt5 and send test msg. (make sure notifications are on)
If doesn't work try uninstall and reinstall app.
