Hello guys
I've had some issues lately with mt4 remembering my utility that I purchased. Once on a separate isolated incident I had to system restore and afterwards the expert advisor had disappeared. I chalked that up to the system restore.
Second time I opened up the terminal and even though the advisor was listed in file folder it wouldn't launch after numerous attempts with long wait times - I'm familiar with the load time of mt4.
Is this a normal issue? I ended up burning three of my activations this way and customer service doesn't seem to want to accept what's going on. btw this was all on the same computer.
