EA doesn't open orders on offline chart

Hi, I have a problem with an EA: it doesn't open some orders on offline chart because the chart doesn't receive ticks correctly (being offline)...is there any solution for this issue? Thanx

If you got your EA from a developer I would recommend to contact him to solve this... Probably there is nothing we can do here...

He is already trying to find a solution, but I wanted to know other opinions...
