ping for pending orders and trailing stops

Do you mean the "ping" response time that MetaTrader shows in the bottom right-hand corner?

If so, that is network latency, and does not in any way, indicate the delays in order processing by the broker, whether that be the placement of Market Orders, Pending Orders or Order Modification such as Trailing Stops.

Those two things, "Network Latency" and "Order Processing Delays" are completely different concepts!
