I have been waiting to get a response from your support. I know this isn't the proper platform but what can I do if your support simply choose to ignore my requests. It would hurt to reply customers, you know.

Thanks for the reply. How can I get a response from support? I have been trying to contact support for almost a year now without any success.

Any other issues (incl technical problems) should be discussed on the forum.
