Buy a church bell and mount it next to you!

Buy a large hammer and a servo motor and construct a device for the hammer to hit the bell.

Buy a sound sensor and connect it to the servo motor.

Place the sensor next to your phone or PC speaker.

When the sound is higher than a certain threshold, it will activate the sensor, which will then activate the motor, which will move the hammer and strike the bell.

And then you die of a heart attack or suffer permanent deafness!
