We (moderators of the forum) can not do anything: we do not know who banned the user from freelance and what for ...
We can lift banning in case you were banned from the forum, but we are not able to lift banning from freelance (we are not related to Freelance).

I am not sure that it can help much but you can write to the service desk anyway ...
