For how many days?
Are you talking about refund from some service you subscribed?
Is it related to MQL5 account?

Because if it is related to your trading acount so you should ask the broker about it.

Besides, there are some rules for refund (Signal rules, Market rules, and so on) so the service desk can not broke those rules.
