Phone android mt4 notification problem

Today I realised that I didn't receive any notifications from my mt4 app on my samsung note 9 when the app is closed.

It was when I open the app that all the notifications came up altogether at the same time; obviously I missed the earlier notifications due to the app not able to send notifications when the app is closed.

Never had this problem on my phone until today.

Reinstalled the app but the same problem persist.

Anyone that I can contact about this?

Any similar experience?

What do you mean by energy settings? Nothing was changed though during the last time the notification was appearing normally.

Sometimes the phone disconnects WiFi to save up on energy and battery life in that case you will not receive notification.

They will add to the queue and you will get them as soon as your app connects to the internet again.

This is a energy setting part of the phones energy plan.

Still to no avail.

Notification still not appearing with app closed.

Any way to contact service centre?
