Signal settings does not connect

Hi,
I want to add new signal (as signal provider) but after adding all the details of account and broker i get an error "invalid broker server".
I have typed my broker name and eventried with the server ip but all filed.
The broker is <name removed>,
Sever name: <name removed>
Sever address: <name removed>
Is there any issues with this broker?
This particular broker had issues with MQL5 in the past and it was excluded from the signal service.
