Having Issue with Win 10 broker MT4 not loading up.....spinning gear but nothing happens

I have isolated the issue to the brokers platform versions, I don't have a old build of the program to roll back and clean installs don't work with this issue...any suggestions

 
Copy terminal.exe into another folder and run it there.
 

I saw you spoke to someone about this issue,,, I uninstalled everything a installed it on a separate hard drive to find out if i could isolate the issue...... Wer can i find the terminal>exe file
