EA not appearing in Market Screen terminal in IG MT4

Hi,

Rented an EA wich I have done several times. Have went to the Market Screen in IG MT4 (which is the broker I am using). There is no EA there available to download. What is the issue?

Hi Sergey - many thanks for this. I have used EAs before and I know where to look. Its just that is hasnt made an appearance. None of the Market products have appeared either even though i have logged in. Service desk is useless - they told me to post in forum!!
