About a month ago I subscribed to <> long-term signal. I deposited $700 into mql5 account but I only needed to put $60 in so I asked PayPal to refund the 700 which they did now it says all in all signals subscription not permitted. Do I need to pay the $60 again 2 fulfill payment somewhere because I have a zero balance right now maybe that is why I can't?
If you asked paypal to refund the 700 then you can no longer use any of the services provided on this website.
