right but then now as I proceed to hire the new vps without paying the 10 usd, to hire again the only option I have on my platform is to pay again the 10 usd. in my account there were 329 usd frozen now there are 319 usd frozen but the 10 usd were not unlocked so I can get the vps again
How do I re-hire the vps without the 10 usd in the account?
