You can do it moving s/l to price +1 pips (or different, set up by user) after price is better like start price ?

i am fairly new to trading and finding my feet still but id o have problems with my stop loss/take profit execution. i thought this program would help me but i cant execute. i have saved it to expert/indicators is this correct?? and if so, how do i execute the program.
