What is the purpose of displaying a webpage in a chart window? If you answer this question, there will possibly be other answers/solutions.
As all my information is on our webpage for my accounts so wanted to call it into chart and didn't want to recreate just display
I would be better if you start thinking of a different solution of your ideas.
Metaquotes offers a WebTerminal as well. There you have even in different tab the site you want to see but right beside the trading terminal.

Why do you need this in the chart window? Most people have their web-pages, most are related to trading, but nobody wants to read it on the chart. If you have a trading signal, it should be distributed via a dedicated API (your private one, or 3-d party public service), not as a web-page.
