MOVING AVERAGE - Specific Price ALERT/INDICATOR

Hi everyone,

I have fairly new to the forum, I have been searching endlessly for this feature.

Does anyone have EMA with push notification of when it reaches a certain price point?

I use 14 EMA (Close) which I want to send push notification when it reaches any price point I enter.

Please could someone create this or send me a link to where i could find one.
