EA cross moving average

Hi

Anyone knows a mt4 EA like with this characteristics ?

long trades

short trades

EMA 1

EMA 2

Stop loss

Take profit

IF price to  'X'  move position to breakeven

I assuming that there must be a similar EA here somewhere that is for sell or free, but I can't find it.
