I have installed mt4 with vps to my pc at my office, but I can't connect to my laptot at home.VPS is used only for one PC?
 
MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5 is used per account in Metatrader irrespective off the location of PC (any PC).

You have the same VPS access from whichever PC you are connected to.

If you open the MT platform in your laptop at home, you should be able to see the VPS under your account's number in Navigator window (login with master password, not investor).

There you can set up whatever you want and synchronize again, the VPS will remember the data loaded with the last synchronization.
