Can't enable real time signal subscription

I click on the box to enable real time signal subscription but the box always come back not check. the signals is not copying ... any clue ?

Pls hw do subscribe for signal and wat d method of payment

I subscribe as usual from the here and the signal is free. The problem is fix now ... I don't know why. Thanks anyway
