Is there any EA on the market that is benign with Volatility situations?

Unless you have a few $million to spend on a server co-located with your broker's server, it is impossible because of network latency. How fast your server is, is irrelevant.

Maybe when everyone accepts blockchain as natural, we will have low network lateny and distributed brokers and banks ;-)

Now and then I try to keep up with new developments, so my question would be if there are any positive news about this topic and possible new EAs or if someone discovered some specific server setting advised in these situations.
