I don't see contact list in Mql5 account

Why there is no contact list in mql5 user 's account ?

How to create one ? How to add someone into my friend list ?

Go to Profile (the link on thetop right of this page), click on that and you will see it on the right side (Friends). If you want to add someone to he Friends list so click on + near every post.
