Problem with ticks Volume and Last (CopyTicks)

Hello, 

Please, I am using the copyticks to check the ticks for buy and sell.

When I read the values of the Volume and Price Last ticks, they are zero.

For the Brazilian market is working, but for the Forex does not.


Code:

CopyTicks (_Symbol, last_tick, COPY_TICKS_INFO, 0,1);


I can not use COPY_TICKS_TRADE, the software stops.


I use Apari,  IFC Markets, XM, all the same problem occurred.


Can someone help me?

These values are not available for Forex which is not a centralized market.
