How to convert a indicator to work in MT5

What is the code difference should be made in the MQL so that the indicator that works in MT4 can also work perfectly in the MT5.

I have tried running the same indicator in MT5 and it does not works.

I am no coder but I could do some quite big changes to MT4 indicators written by somebody else. In MT5 I fail miserably almost every time.

My point is that I understand you need to spend quite some time learning MQL if you want to be able to convert MT4 indies to MT5. There's no easy way to do it in most cases.

post the indicator sources (if it is free , not decompiled)

and the experts will take a look ;-)
