i have a vps that is full now . how can i delete data from meta trader to free space in vps drive

MT4 - Open Data Folder - tester\history  ,

you should have big files there with the history of currencies if you have used MT4 tester.

i did not used tester in vps

 

Install treesize or a similar tool to identify where the garbage comes from.

Please publish the huge filetypes and folders (anonymized) here or decide on you own, which to delete.


Also delete any Windows patch files if not done yet.

Empty the bin folder / temp folder.

 
Open data folder\logs and check. If your SW is generating lots of prints, fix it.
