Market Watch Background Color

Anyone know how to apply a background color to the Market Watch window (the symbol list)? I see many who have their's with background colors set. Thank you.

I think it is broker specific! You can only define your own colours for Custom Symbols on MT5.

Makes sense - I couldn't find anything on it. Kept seeing the other platforms with colors. Thank you
