You have to check your path in the iCustom call to the Mikahekin indicator. For my file structure, the right call is 

Ind_Handle=iCustom(Symbol_,TimeFrame,"\\Indicators\\Shared Projects\\mikahekin\\mikahekin",KPeriod,JPeriod);
