so how do I find out what might cause my agents to not work properly because I don't think that there is actually 0 stuff to process right now.

Have you done any reading on experiences of other people using this service?

Well it seems you guys were right. There are actually not enough tasks to do so my 10 agents are not really that much in use :/

Might take ages until they get loads of work. But I have to thank you guys for all the help.
