There is no exact count. Could be none at all, or just one, or many thousands. It all depends on volatility and liquidity of the symbol in question.
That is why it is called a "Tick" and not a "Bar" or somethink else.
On a chart can use the "Volume" indicator to see how many "Ticks" there are in each bar and you can also apply a "Moving Average" to get a rough idea of the average number of ticks per Bar.
