Use mt4 instead, you have offline charts, easy to code the entry lots, every broker works with it, metatrader 5 is not an improvement, 

and also, you really don't need to learn the object oriented parts, because procedural is all you'll ever need.

Being a person who has never studied a programming language, I want to master MQL 5 on Windows platforms.

And .. I've decided to study C# as my first language, as I think that C# is the current state of art for Windows platforms.

My question is, can I easily jump to MQL 5 from C#?


Or ... for soundly mastering MQL 5, should I study C++ in any case?

Since you are in a trading forum too over here, I suggest that you learn solidity. I started learning solidity back when it was first released and found it difficult to cope with the codes that were in the example sections. But now I know how valuable the language is and it has helped me land a few jobs. It is  an asset to have this language in your pocket during interviews
