I am almost a complete beginner in the field of programming, so I would like to ask should I start with some more popular/easy language or should I start directly with mql5? The main goal for me is to be able to write basic scripts to test out my ideas in forex and then hopefully work my way up to more advanced scripts, if necessary of course. I would appreciate any advice, because wrong choice would mean a lot of time going to waste, not to mention the frustration :)
