Does compile time affect the performance of an expert advisor or indicator?
Sorry if I am wrong but I think there is no any relation.
Because MT4/MT5 is using already compiled file (ex4/ex5). So, you are compiling the file one time to make ex4/ex5 file from the source code (because MT4/MT5 platform is not using the source codes).
And after that only MT4/MT5 is able to use ex4/ex5 file.
