I think - the users of the forum need more information about:

• trading manually or EA (if EA so need the code or some part of the code to be placed on the thread);
• which broker
• what was attached to the chart,
• and so on.
• logs
• when it was happened
• and more

I do not think the service desk will help because they will ask for more info as well ... but the discussion in the service desk is the same as the private talking, and the forum discussion is the public one ... so just select the way of assistance by yourself.

If it is well-known programming question/issue so sorry - I am not a coder.

I remember one suggestion from russian part of the forum: use crystal ball because the telepaths are resting today (joke)
