How much is a pip worth?

This is probably a silly sounding question but how much is a pip worth on the m1 chart? For example if at the beginning of a candle it was at 1.11941 and by its end it was at 1.11948 how much would you have made depending on the amount invested?

On smaller time frames mostly peoples loosing around 90% , FCA data saying 82%

if you want to be  professional trader then H4 and above charts can help in trading

rubenj: Not really sure what any of that means, sorry.
  1. You changed your post. Original question was how many pips, not how much it is worth.
  2. Do the math. Substitute StartPrice - EndPrice for OOP - OSL below.
    • You place the stop where it needs to be - where the reason for the trade is no longer valid. E.g. trading a support bounce the stop goes below the support.
    • Account Balance * percent/100 = RISK = OrderLots * (|OrderOpenPrice - OrderStopLoss| * DeltaPerLot + CommissionPerLot) (Note OOP-OSL includes the SPREAD, and DeltaPerLot is usually around $10/pip but it takes account of the exchange rates of the pair vs. your account currency.)
    • Do NOT use TickValue by itself - DeltaPerLot
    • You must normalize lots properly and check against min and max.
    • You must also check FreeMargin to avoid stop out

Original question never changed you must have read it wrong initially, but thanks for the answer. Think I got the gist if it, though a simpler answer would have been preferred. so $10 a pip depending on the lot, the pair and the currency I trade in.
